Man, life is good. I've seen two of my favourite band live in the space of two weeks and both were just so, so good. I was worried that the Freak Kitchen experience might have spoiled me for Mustasch's gig, but that's the wonderful thing about great music: it didn't. The Swedes rocked the shit out of our little town! I had decided that I wanted to really see the gig, so I rooted myself a spot right in the middle of the front row. It was quite a battle at times (I have steel fence shaped bruises on my knees), but compared to my poor friends who were standing right behind me, it was pretty cozy. Most of the people seemed to be waiting for Double Nature to be played (I guess it's kinda their hit song?), but I was more excited over Dogwash! I Hunt Alone! Down In Black! And Bring Me Everyone, ah, there's nothing like a full crowd singing lyrics to a song about a psycho killer (reminds me of the first Stam1na gig I saw and "vihaan sinua ihminen, kadonneet kolme sanaa" sung with so much feeling that even the band was impressed). ♥ Pretty amazing.

Next up Aavikko, I've seen them a few times already and they're a great live band. Ahhh, live is good. ♥
